U17 Championships – Welsh Nationals 2018

Archie Bult and Jonathan Ewins – Welsh National 2018

After a promising start to 2018 winning a Hertfordshire U17 doubles
event in January, Jonathan and Archie really starting to gel as a double
pair.

So, after a long and hard fought weekend in the National sports centre
in Cardiff, Archie and Jonathan became Welsh National Champions in the
U17 doubles. 

Their Championship success did not come without a couple of tight 3 set scraps against Adil
Khan and Dan Kite, then Will Vaughan and Dan Clarke, coming through
21-17 and 21-18 respectively in the 3rd sets to take the title.
